The simple request of an "almost 11 year old", "Heavenly Father, please snow"!I called my friend Paige, in Birmingham, on Sunday March 1 around ,9am, she said" its coming, tell Reagan its coming!" Well in my mind ,(being it a Sunday and we have church at 2pm) ,can it just wait for a few more hours so maybe we can't drive in the treacherous conditions and we ALL have to stay home. Come on , I am a southern girl, A heavy thunderstorm where you can not see an inch in front of you.....YES, I can drive in but, 2 inches of snow....no way!! Anyhoo, they cancelled church and we had a great day playing in the snow. The next day......NO SCHOOL....SNOW DAY......We Love the South!!
